This is a big sacrifice. So what? When you eat natural whole foods you will lose weight effortlessly. Your health will improve and you\'ll feel better. You\'ll have more energy and your mind will become clear and sharp. Big sacrifice, huh? At the same time, find some physical activity that you can do and will enjoy on a daily basis. If you want to exercise first thing in the morning, lay out your running clothes and tennis shoes the night before so they\'re the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. 7.Chart your progress. Print out a calendar with 30 days on it and every day when you keep to your new habit mark it on the calendar. Follow comedian Jerry Seinfeld\'s advice: for each day he does his task of writing, he puts a big red X over that day, which-after a few days--creates a chain. He adds that you have to make sure not to break the chain.
The snag is that it doesn\'t end up being just one month, because the habit they were creating has been broken. The next month it\'s easier to spend that R100 on clothes, and after the third month, they\'re back to square one! So this month, I want to encourage you to think about some good habits you want to start implementing and some bad habits that you need to replace with good ones. If you currently have a bad habit at work of shuffling paper around and not dealing with it, start this month by being disciplined and either filing it, working on it or throwing it away.
These are bad habits just as letting the kids be destructive are. Ideally, parents can find a middle ground. There are also bad habits that affect the way people feel about themselves. If you are a know-it-all, a person might feel inferior to you at first. Eventually, though, it will get old and they will resent you. If you are tactless, you can hurt peoples\' feelings without thinking. You do it just because you are in the habit of \'telling the truth.
